Rocky and his crew are top notch. He built a custom home for us and our architect had some design flaws by putting a sunroom underneath our deck. Rocky informed us that we could potentially have issues with the ceiling leaking from the deck above. He thought about it for a week or so and then came up with a plan on how to keep water out of the sunroom. His plan worked because it's been 3 years and there are no water issues in our sunroom.

We also changed some things during construction and Rocky was always helpful in coming up with solutions and executing them. He is a great guy and a great builder. Strongly recommend him.

Kause built us a home that WE designed on computer. They corrected a couple of "mistakes" we made in design, made a few suggestions of things we hadn't thought of, and got to work.
We were on-site through most of the construction and seen the great attention to detail and craftsmanship they provide their customers. They were very open to our desires and needs as we had a few things we required as amateur radio operators.

The home is efficient in ac/heating costs, easy to maintain and when we had it appraised, we found our cost when compared to our homes appraised value was much better than we could have dreamed!

Rocky is incredible. He is so intentional on every step of the process. He pays attention to every detail and is available and responsive to questions or needs along the way. We couldn't be happier with our end result. We built long distance, so trusting our builder to make decisions while we were not onsite was critical. Rocky kept us informed and Facetimed as needed so we were kept up-to-date with progress.

One of the most maticulous builders I have seen attention to detail and follow up .I have been in the trades 25 years and have seen a lot of builders he is hands on not just a person calling subs he is on the job site through the entire project.Thanks for your dedication.
